On February 8th, 2017 the number of online applications via the Single portal of interactive state services exceeded 1 million.
According to statistics, 98% of requests (982.7 thousands) to the public and economic bodies have been successfully resolved, and less than 2% are currently being processed. It is to be noted that significant rise in the number of applications through the Single portal was registered in October 2016. That rise is associated with an increase in the number of online civil services provided to legal entities and individuals.
Since the launch of the Single portal in July 2013, more than 432.5 thousands applications were received from individuals, 567.6 thousands from legal entities (entrepreneurs). In addition, 68 000 applications were processed through the Call Center (short number 1060 and 200-18-18).
