- improvement of the mechanism of mutual relations of the industry with shirkat bakeries and farms, grain producers, including receiving, assessing the quality and accounting of grain, creating a system of effective control over the quality of grain and its objective evaluation;
- To assist in the modernization and re-equipment of enterprises bakery industry, the broad involvement for the purpose of foreign investment;
- provision of information services to enterprises and organizations bakery industry, the organization of training courses for professional development and training.
