• compliance with the conditions specified in the license to use subsurface resources, and in the case of subsoil under the production sharing agreement - a production-sharing agreements;


• Preventing unauthorized use of mineral resources, unjustified and unwarranted development areas of mineral deposits;


• prevention of the negative effects of work which may result in damage to mineral deposits which are not involved in commercial operation;


• compliance with the conditions of development areas of mineral deposits, as well as areas of the underground facilities not related to mining;


• organization and implementation of internal control over compliance with the requirements of the law on mineral resources.

• ensuring that all users of subsoil legislation, the established order of subsoil use regulations;


• ensuring compliance with the rules in the field of geological exploration, utilization and protection of natural resources;


• monitoring the implementation of the requirements for geological survey works and ensure the rules of government accounting and reporting.
