- Coordinate activities of trusts, companies and organizations in the association, in order to meet the needs of the economy and population of a high-quality building products, specialty construction and installation works and services;
- implementation of a unified scientific and technical policy, development and implementation of new types of materials, advanced systems installation and operation of equipment, technology, construction of housing, socio-cultural and industrial use.

- assistance to enterprises and organizations within the association, in the transition to a market economy, changes in their lease, collective, joint-stock and other forms of business;
- Develop long-term forecasts of economic and social development of enterprises - members of the association, the implementation of a common strategy for joint investment, improve the social situation of labor groups, strengthening their material and technical base;
