What procedure is carried out for replacement or issuance of a new plastic card?
BOD emission is carried out in accordance with the order of a commercial bank, which carries its emissions. When issuing additional BOD one need a written statement of cardholder account. Plastic card issued within 3 days.
Bank customer must provide the following documents to the servicing bank to get a replacement or BOD:
1. Statement addressed to the manager of a commercial bank;
2. Identification document (passport);
3. Document of the State Tax Inspectorate (HPI).
