Through the Single interactive state services' portal (http://my.gov.uz), open the first of July, 238 complaints of citizens have been filed to the state authorities. Of these, 110 complaints are already reviewed and 128 still in the processing.
Perhaps not everyone knows that it is possible to evaluate the agency's response to your appeal. After receiving a response, you can rate it by the help of blue button "Rate" in your personal cabinet. Clicking on it, you open a window with a selection marks from 1 to 5 points with a description of each evaluation.
We present evaluation criteria for preview.
1 point - is not satisfied ( no response is received from the state agency at the request or refusal of the application within 30 days).
2 points - is not satisfied ( a response from the state agency, the statement is not considered on the merits, not the reasons for the negative response, the timing of the application overdue (more than 15 days from the deadline ), obtained from the refusal of the application without explaining the reasons for such denial .)
3 points - partially satisfied ( a response from the agency's statement is considered superficially, not all issues are reflected in the applicant's response, the timing of the application in arrears (more than 10 days from the deadline ), obtained by the rejection of the application, and are competent state agencies where the applicant should send a statement ).
4 points - not completely satisfied ( of a response from the public agency, the application considered on its merits, but out of time ( more than 5 days from the deadline ), obtained by the rejection of the application, and the reasons for failure, but the statement is not sent to the competent state authorities in this matter ) .
5 points - completely satisfied ( a response from the state agency, the application considered on its merits, on time and efficiently, given the additional information and recommendations to address the issue; obtained failure, but with a detailed explanation of the reasons for refusal and indicating what government agency and when the application was forwarded ).
Ratings are stored in the database and in the future will be posted on the Portal Statistics estimating the average response of government authorities.
These estimates will be one of the criteria for assessing the activity of state bodies.
