Single portal gives you opportunity for sending appeals to government bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan in an electronic form. We would like to inform you that an e-mail message must be signed by an electronic digital signature (EDS).

Electronic digital signature (EDS) - an electronic document props, resulting cryptographic transformation of information using a private signature key and allows you to establish the absence of distortion of information in the electronic document from the time of signature generation and signature to verify ownership of the owner of the signature key certificate.

EDS is designed to identify the person signing an electronic document, and is a complete replacement of (analogue) of a handwritten signature, and is used for confirmation of authorship and the immutability of the information contained in the electronic document. In this treatment, not confirmed by EDS considered anonymous appeals, in accordance with Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On appeals of individuals and legal entities."

PROCEDURE OF OBTAINING EDS

The EDS is given by Scientific information center of new technologies of the State tax committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and his regional governments for a period of two years. The EDS can be received in the nearest regional State Tax Inspection (STI) on a paid basis, cost makes 10% of the minimum wage.

It is necessary to provide the following documents for obtaining the EDS:

- signed and if necessary the application (Appendix No. 1) for receiving a key and the certificate of a key of the EDS certified by the press;

- the passport of the natural person or representative of the legal entity specified in the statement;

- the receipt on fee on creation of keys of the EDS.

INN is taxpayer identification number;

The amount of payment - 10% of the minimum wage (as at 1 Octomber 2016 10% of the minimum wage is 14,977 soums).

Payment services through CLICK is available only to individuals and solely for electronic signature, issued by the State Tax Inspectorate of Uzbekistan and its regional offices.

After payment please contact your nearest STI. Do not forget to removable media (USB flash card) for recording digital signature keys.

PROCEDURE OF INSTALLATION OF THE EDS MODULE

In order to use electronic digital signature (DS) on the Single portal of state services (single portal) should be installed on your personal (home or office) computer, a specialized module E-IMZO. Notes and hints for installing E-IMZO is available here.

Memo!!! When signing electronic applications, issued by the State tax committee of Uzbekistan digital signature must be in a folder called "DSKEYS"

THE PROCEDURE OF SIGNING ELECTRONIC APPLICATION (TREATMENT) WITH ELECTRONIC DIGITAL SIGNATURE

For signing of the applications with digital signature on the last step of sending the electronic applications, click on the “Sign” button.

1. By clicking on the "Sign" button opens a dialog box in which you must select the appropriate DS.

2. In case of successful signing on the screen it will be displayed "The form is successfully signed". Press on "Send" button.

Signing electronic application using DS is successfully completed and the applications is sent to the appropriate state authority!
