Legal basis for service provision
- Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures on organization of the National Library of Uzbekistan named after Alisher Navoi - Information Resource Center" dated 20.03.2012, №1729.
- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On measures to further improve the interaction between the state and economic management, the state government in a legal and natural persons using information and communication technologies" dated 23.08.2007, №181.

Free of charge.
Period of dealing with an application
Within 20 minutes. In case of high loading of information-library system and communication channels the term of rendering service can be prolonged about 3 working days.
Methods for obtaining results
The answer is forwarded to the user's personal account on the Single portal and/or emailed to the user's email address specified during registration on the Single portal.

Getting information in electronic form on the interest publication.
Reasons for refusal
• Incomplete or incorrect filling in an electronic form;
• Non-compliance of the information provided to reality.
Order of appeal
The applicant has the right to appeal the quality of the service and action (inaction) of the official institution in the order established by law.
