Documents required to get the service

1. Application with indicating:

- surname, name and patronymic of the individual entrepreneur;

- passport number, driver's license and tax payer number;

- licensed activity (or part), and the period within which to perform this type of activity.

2. Copy of state registration of individual entrepreneur.

3. Data on available vehicles on property rights or other proprietary rights leases.

4. Copy of the license applicant organization with a corresponding profile on granting him the opportunity to conduct a medical examination of the driver and vehicle maintenance.

5. Copy of the technical passport of the vehicle with a note on its technical efficiency or a single act of vehicle technical inspection issued by an appropriate subdivision of the State Security Service of the road.

6. Copies of documents confirming compliance with statutory requirements and conditions of the qualification of the individual entrepreneur.

7. Document confirming the license applicant's application fee . During consideration of the application fee will be charged triple the amount of the minimum wage established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Cost and method of payment for the service

For consideration by the licensing body of the application of the license applicant for a license fee of one minimum wage set by law.

State fee for the issue of licenses for urban, suburban, intercity and international transport of passengers and goods by road and the extension of their validity will be charged in the amount established by the Cabinet of Ministers.

Period of dealing with an application

The decision to issue a license to the applicant a license to carry out transport of passengers and goods by road, or refusal to grant a license shall be made within a period not exceeding fifteen days from the date of receipt of the application of the license applicant.

The licensing authority shall notify the license applicant of the decision within three working days after its adoption.

Methods for obtaining results

Reasons for refusal

The license may be refused on the grounds provided for in Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On licensing certain types of activities."

Order of appeal

The license applicant has the right to appeal against the decision to refuse to issue a license, as well as actions (inaction) of an official of the licensing authority in the manner prescribed by law.
