The procedure for issuing a license to operate a pawnshop.

a) the application for a license to operate a pawnshop with the name and organizational-legal form of legal entity , its location ( postal address ), and bank account details ( download form );
b) a copy of the certificate of state registration of a legal entity;
c) a business plan for one year of activities approved by the authorized management body of the pawnshop ;
g ) a list of founders with :for individuals:
• surname, name, patronymic, passport data , address of residence , phone ;
• type of occupation , place of work , position ( if running) ;
• amount of the share in the authorized capital of the pawnshop , including the percentage of the total authorized capital;
• for legal entities :• full name , postal address and telephone , payment details ;
• amount of the share in the authorized capital of the pawnshop , including the percentage of the total authorized capital;
For all founders ( both natural and legal ) provides information on any legal sanctions applied to these persons by the court (including the Commercial Court ) and state authorities over the past five years prior to the submission of the application.
d ) information on the structure and personnel of government pawnshop ;
e) information confirming the presence equipped premises to ensure the safety of cash and property to pledge ;
g) contract between the organization and evaluation pawnshop ;
h) a copy of the payment order confirming payment of the fee for the license applicant consideration of its application by the licensing authority .

For consideration by the licensing body of the application of the license applicant a fee of 50 percent of the minimum wage set by law on the day of application.
Statement with all necessary documents to obtain a license is considered by the licensing authority within 30 calendar days of receipt of the application and the required documents.
The licensing authority shall notify the licensee of the decision, to grant or deny a license within 3 days after the decision.
Granting or denial of a license.
• Introduction of improperly documented;
• presence in the documents false or distorted data;
• Inadequacy of the license applicant licensing requirements and conditions.
Decision to refuse to grant a license may be appealed to the court in accordance with legislation.
