Description of the service

“SMS-To’lov” (SMS-Payment) system was developed for implementation of Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Electronic Payments” in order to promotion e-commerce development. The advantage of “SMS-To’lov” is ability to make non-cash payments through any mobile communications or Internet, as well as through SMS. Implementation of the project is scheduled to beginning of this year.

By using our system you will be able to use in maximum cash in your bank plastic card. Through “SMS-To’lov” system you can make online payment for many types of goods and services. To do this you just need one-time visit to commercial bank where you are served with your passport and mobile phone and to register in “SMS-To’lov”. Bank officer will register you and your mobile phone number in the System within few minutes, set mobile application and provide you username and password, which you should keep in strict confidence. It means that your mobile phone is connected to the current account of your plastic card.

We used to use our mobile phone as means of communication, camera or MP3 device, but neither as means for payment. Using mobile app, you can use Internet resources within few seconds to pay for various goods and services.

Through “SMS-To’lov” you can pay for the following services:

Mobile operators - Beeline, Ucell, Perfectum Mobile;

Internet Service Providers (ISP) - Sarkor ADLS, Ars-Inform, TPS, Buzton, Sharq telekom;

as well as pay for electricity, taxes (land and property taxes)
