Description of the service

Implementation of SMS-Banking System provides to bank to expand range of paid and distant service to clients. Receiving by clients SMS-messages on cash flows and current account balances enable to Bank to reduce workload of telephone lines during operation hours.

“SMS-Banking” system interacts with bank's clients on request from the client.

System provides the following basic settings and functions:

• assign of multiple phone numbers for client;


• assign of multiple accounts of client for phone number;


• activation/deactivation of users;


• activation/deactivation of standalone numbers of user;


• assign of certain services for client’s phone number;


• assign of services package generated by parent Bank administrator for client’s phone number;

User can receive the following information by SMS-messages:

• current account balance;


• last incoming transactions on account;


• last outgoing transactions on account;


• number and amount of incoming transactions on account;


• number and amount of outgoing transactions on account;

Also, user can receive news of the Bank by SMS.

Due to security reasons, postings function is not included to software.
