Loans are provided to citizens ( pensioners ) of the Republic of Uzbekistan, who are legally competent, with a permanent and additional revenues from its activities with a permanent job with a permanent place of residence.
• The amount of mortgage loans issued in the amount of 75% of the cost of housing, the remaining amount - 25% paid by the borrower in the form of down payment.
Bank offers mortgage loans in the following amounts:
• For the construction and acquisition of individual houses - of up to 3,000 times the minimum wage set by law;
• For the reconstruction of individual houses, as well as the purchase of an apartment in an apartment building - in the amount of up to 2,500 times the minimum wage set by law.
Purpose of mortgage lending:
• Construction of individual houses in compliance with established norms and rules of construction based on an individual or a model project agreed in accordance with legislation;
• The reconstruction of individual houses;
• Acquisition of an individual house or apartment in a residential apartment building.

Required documents submitted by the borrower to the bank to obtain a mortgage loan for the construction and reconstruction of property:
• Loan application indicating the amount requested ;
• A copy of a notarized document confirming the applicant's right to land, in the manner prescribed by law ;
• Information on the applicant's income and living together with him family members issued by place of permanent employment in the past 12 months;
• A copy of the approved project for the construction of the borrower an individual house , agreed in accordance with legislation;
• Document confirming the borrower's down payment (copy of deposit book , bank statement or certificate );
• Proof of residence of family members of the borrower , as well as documents confirming their identity ( copy of passport , birth certificate );
Required documents submitted by the borrower to the bank to obtain a mortgage loan for the purchase of individual houses , as well as buying an apartment in an apartment building:
• Loan application indicating the amount requested ;
• The contract of sale of individual houses or apartments , indicating the agreed value with the annex notarized copies of documents confirming the property right of the applicant to a house of the seller;
• Information on the applicant's income and living together with him family members issued by place of permanent employment in the past 12 months;
• Document confirming the borrower's down payment of 25% (copy of deposit book , bank statement or certificate );
• Proof of residence of family members of the borrower , as well as documents confirming their identity ( copy of passport , birth certificate );
• A report on the valuation of the acquired individual house or apartment, prepared by an independent appraisal company in accordance with the law;
When necessary for the preparation of the analysis, the decision of the loan the bank has the right to demand documents proving the existence of additional assets
