Documents required to get the service
- Notarized written consent of the owners of the premises, and adult family members.
- Consent private homeowner in apartment buildings.
- A document confirming payment of fee for consideration of the application.
Legal basis for service provision
- Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On licensing procedures in the field of entrepreneurship”.
- Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers dated 09.03.2016 of №70 “Measures on further simplification of the standard procedure of land plots for urban development activities and other non-agricultural purposes, coordination the changings of appearance of buildings and facilities (repair of the facade), as well as the re-issuance of permits and object reconstruction, transferring residential property in non-residential category”.
Cost and method of payment for the service
For considering an application for a permit fee is charged at the following rates:
- 10% of the minimum wage - for the city of Nukus and regional centers.
- 20% of the minimum wage - for the city of Tashkent.
- 30% of the minimum wage - for the territories of districts and cities of regional submission.
Period of dealing with an application
During 11 days.
Methods for obtaining results
In electronic form. If desired, the applicant can obtain a paper copy of the decision of Khokim.
Result of the service
Receive electronically or in paper form a copy of the issue or refusal of Khokim.
Reasons for refusal
- Presentation by the applicant of documents not in full.
- Non-compliance of the applicant and the premises permitting requirements and conditions.
- A reasonable negative conclusion on the results of the study.
Order of appeal
Applicant may appeal against the unlawful refusal by contacting the responsible authority by phone, via email and in person at the address.
Specified officer or other authorized person of a public authority that made the decision on the treatment must explain the procedure for appeal if an individual or legal person is not according to him.
The State authority has considered an appeal, its officers or other authorized persons are obliged to control the decision taken on the results of consideration of the application.
