Queuing citizens of Republic of Uzbekistan to submit online applying of the biometric passport. This service is available to registered users in Single portal. The service is launched for all districts of Tashkent city.

Documents required to get the service
Scanned copy of the citizen's passport (residence registration page inclusive).

Decree of President, from January 5, 2011 No. UP-4262 "On measures on further improvement of the passport system in the Republic of Uzbekistan"

Free of charge.
Period of dealing with an application
Within 15 days.

Result of service can be obtained in personal cabinet of user.
Result of the service
Notification about the queuing status.
Reasons for refusal
- Failure to provide documents stipulated by services regulations;
- The unreliability of the documents provided;
- Application containing not normative lexicon, and abusive language, as well as any advertising;
- Any other action contrary to law.
Order of appeal
In case of refusal the applicant may appeal to a higher authority in the prescribed manner.
