Documents required to get the service

To open an account legal person shall submit an application to open an account in compliance with Appendix 2 to Instruction of bank accounts opened in banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Individual entrepreneurs supplied foreign goods intended for commercial activities provide a copy of the certificate of state registration of individual entrepreneur; Individual entrepreneurs supplied goods intended for commercial activity, issued by the tax authority provide a copy of the certificate of state registration, two copies of the cards with the signature and stamp of the form in Annex 3 to the instructions of bank accounts opened in banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan Residents. Legal persons that are business entities provide copies of constituent documents (the memorandum of association, articles of association), as well as changes and additions. Enterprises with foreign investment and other business enterprises with foreign capital provide notarized copies of constituent documents and changes and additions, identity document entity (passport or equivalent document) having signing authority monetary settlement documents on behalf of the client, a copy of the accepted by the bank after the submission of an original.

Accounts are opened in accordance with the current legislation of Uzbekistan and the bank's internal regulations.

In accordance with the rates of commission for the execution of client orders of NBU.

Period of dealing with an application

In accordance with the Regulations on bank accounts opened in banks of Uzbekistan due to open within two working days after submission the documents by clients.
