Official letter on the letterhead of the legal person, personally signed by the head.

Translation of standard documents of the Customer according to indicated language.
Reasons for refusal
- the absence of eligibility, or the authority to act on behalf of another person in the person who applied for service (not providing trust letter or power of attorney);
- payment of services under the contract is not made
