According to current tariff.

Period of dealing with an application

During 5 working days after signing the Agreement.

Personally, by mail, by E-mail.

Result of the service

Provision of access (login and password) to Backup service.

Reasons for refusal

• Not providing the documents, stipulated by rules of the services;


• Inaccuracy of the information provided documents;


• Application (written request) containing obscenities and insulting expressions, as well as any advertising;


• Any other act contrary to the legislation.

Order of appeal

At refusal, the Applicant may appeal to the superior authority in the prescribed order.
