Documents required to get the service

• Four photographs (size 3 x 4);

• A scan copy of bank's payment checks (receipt for payment of state duty);

• A scan copy of Reference from citizens self-governing body where individual entrepreneur is living;

• Scan copies of sketches stamps and seals;

• Scan copy of the applicant’s passport.

Cost and method of payment for the service

In the amount of one minimum wage.

Period of dealing with an application

No more than two working days.

Methods for obtaining results

In the spur of the moment. The copies of documents are sent to the cabinet of the user on a Single portal and to the e-mail of the applicant.

Result of the service

Receiving a certificate of state registration of individual entrepreneurs without legal entity, importing goods intended for commercial activities.

Receiving the card passing registration (permit) procedures individual entrepreneur without a legal entity, importing goods intended for commercial activities.

Receiving one instance sketch seal and stamp stamped by the State Tax Committee (in person).

Reasons for refusal

• Failure to provide the documents provided services regulations;

• The unreliability of the documents submitted;

• Application containing not normative lexicon, and abusive language, as well as any advertising;

• Any other action contrary to law.

Order of appeal

In case of refusal the applicant may appeal to a higher authority in the prescribed manner.
