Legal basis for service provision

Rules provided services of a network of data transmission including the using Internet (the annex to the decree of the general director of UZASI from 25.08.2004.№285 registered MJ5.10.2014.№1417) (further - Rules) "are developed according to the Civil code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About communication", "About telecommunications", "About protection of the rights of consumers", "About contract and legal basis of activity of managing subjects", "About licensing of separate kinds of activity" and establish an order of rendering services of a network of data transmission, including the Internet, in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Price-list No. 125-1/7, Contract for providing telecommunication services.

Cost and method of payment for the service

Service is paid according to Price-lists:

- No. 125-1/7 "Tariffs for the services of telecommunications established by JSC Uzbektelekom on a contractual (free) basis" the Order of JSC Uzbektelekom No. 35 of 11.02.2009.

Period of dealing with an application

Within three working days after application.

Informing in a place of rendering service.

Result of the service

The Internet provider has an opportunity to use services.

Reasons for refusal

1. absence of the person who has addressed for service, the right for its receiving, or powers to work on behalf of other person; - discrepancy of documents to the established requirements (the incomplete list, the wrong filling);

2.presence in the submitted documents of the data untrue;

3. inequality the person who has addressed for receiving service, to certain requirements.
