- Set of images of an industrial design;
- Description of an industrial design;
- Document, confirming payment of the patent fee.

- The Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On inventions, utility models and industrial designs".

The patent fee in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan №65 dated April 20, 2006
