Documents required to get the service

An application for TIC registration;

- Deposited materials, identifying topology;

- A document, confirming payment of the patent fee;

- When applying for registration of the applicant's authorized representative application shall further contain a power of attorney confirming the authority of the trustee;

- An application for registration related to the topology used for commercial purposes after the date of its submission to the Agency shall further contain a document confirming the date of the first use of this topology for commercial purposes.

A notification is forwarded to the user's personal account on the single portal and/or emailed to the user's email address specified during registration on the portal

Result of the service

The result of the service is receiving notification of acceptance of the package of documents

Reasons for refusal

The Agency has the right to refuse to register an application in the case of non-compliance by the applicant with the requirements established by Article 8 of the Law "On the topologies of integrated circuits"

Order of appeal

An applicant has the right to appeal against the decision of an official institution in the order established by Law.
