• Presidential Decree "On additional measures to further improve the investment climate and business environment in the Republic of Uzbekistan" dated 04.07.2014 PD-4609.


• Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to further improve the procedures relating to business activities and the provision of public services" dated 04.15.2014 RP-2164.


• Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On improving the procedure of state registration of rights to immovable property" dated 01.07.2014 №1.

Free of charge.

2 working days.

Methods for obtaining results

Certificate of the state registration of rights to immovable property (land and buildings) is sent to the user's personal account on the Single portal and/or e-mail that has been specified at registration on the Single portal, also can be obtained in person at the territorial bodies inventory.

Result of the service

Adding to the Unified State Register of rights to immovable property (land and buildings) recording the occurrence (termination, transition) to the applicant (the applicant) rights to immovable property (land and buildings) and the issuance of the certificate of state registration.

Reasons for refusal

• The presence in the body carrying out state registration of documents testifying to a dispute concerning supplies of immovable property (land and buildings).


• The presence in the body carrying out state registration of information about the seizure of real property (land and buildings) in the manner prescribed by law.


• Failure to eliminate the deficiencies in the submissions within the deadline set by the registrar during the suspension of state registration of rights.


• In the case of submission of of documents not establish the occurrence of human rights.


• In case of termination rights to immovable property (land and buildings).

Order of appeal

The applicant has the right to appeal the quality of the service and action (inaction) of the official institution in the order established by law.
