The applicant must download, print and fill out a receipt and pay for it in the bank, or by visiting the box office.

Legal basis for service provision

Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers "On approval of the regulations on the procedure for admission, transfer, recovery and removal of student studying in higher education and training institutions» № 118, dated June 18, 2010.

Cost and method of payment for the service

Service involves a one-time payment (15% of the minimum salary) for preparation, processing and delivery of documents to the entrant.

Period of dealing with an application

Within 30 days.

Methods for obtaining results


Result of the service

Return of the entrant’s documents package by registered mail.

Reasons for refusal

  • Invalid information present in the documents submitted;

  • application does not contain the name (surname), information about the place of residence of the applicant or contains false information about him

Order of appeal

The applicant has the right to appeal against the provision of substandard services upon consideration of entrant’s application.
