Cost and method of payment for the service

According to the decree of Cabinet of Ministers dated 06.07.2004, № 318, the cost of designing a bar code is determined by the price list of the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan registered on 19-03-22-05-O'zR-27-2014. Currently, the cost is 12885 sums, and it might be changed inset order.

Period of dealing with an application

The service is provided only after receipt of the 100% prepayment.

Lead-time for development of original design of the bar code depends on the number of products:

1-10 products - 1 working day;

10-50 products - 5 working days;

50 or more within ten working days

Methods for obtaining results

On the Single portal and personally.

Result of the service

Applicant receives ready designed original models of barcodes (Applicant receives the original models barcode made in accordance with the standards for automatic identification and bar coding recorded on digital media)

Reasons for refusal

Incomplete or incorrectly completed application form. If 100% prepayment is not received.

Order of appeal

The applicant has the right to appeal for failure to provide services within established timeframe, as well as actions (inaction) of an official institution in accordance with the legislation.
