Documents required to get the service

This service is provided based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On further measures on improving monitoring of foreign trade operations in the Republic of Uzbekistan”, dated 21.07.2014.

Foreign trade participants submit information on their foreign trade contracts to the UISFTO in the form of the file, generated and signed using EDS issued by the State Tax Committee’s ADS keys registration entity using special free software “E-Contract”. Software user’s manual is available for downloading here.

Users must download and install Java Runtime Environment (version 7 or newer) on their computers to be able to use the "E-KONTRAKT2.3.1" software.

The service is free of charge.

In the personal cabinet on the Single portal and by e-mail.

Result of the service

As a result of this service, information on the foreign trade contract is uploaded to the UISFTO, and applicant receives confirmation on that.

Reasons for refusal

The basic reasons for refusing to provide services are:

• unacceptable file format;


• submission of false or insufficient information.

Order of appeal

The user has the right to file a complaint on the quality of the service on the Single portal.
