Documents required to get the service

Fill in the e- application form attaching the following documents:

1. Detailed information about the usage period of natural gas as the primary fuel, with an indication of minimum required pressure;

2. Location plan of production capacity;

3. Information about the type of equipment, its technical characteristics used by the manufacturer;

4. Calculation of the planned gas consumption with a monthly, daily and hourly breakdown considering the use of back-up fuel from by licensed project organization.

• Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On industrial safety of hazardous production facilities» dated 28.09.2006 №57.


• Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On measures to further improve procedures related to business activities and the provision of public services» dated 15.04.2014 № 2164.


• Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On measures to improve the organization of joint stock company «Uztransgaz»» dated 08.08.2006 № 438.


• Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers «Regulations on the settlements between the consumers of natural gas and gas suppliers» dated 26.05.2005 №132.


• Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers «On approval of rules for use of the gas in the economy» dated 24.06.2014 №169.

Cost and method of payment for the service

The service is provided free of charge.

Period of dealing with an application

Three (3) working days, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On approval of rules for use of the gas in the economy» dated 24.06.2014, №169.

Methods for obtaining results

Result is provided in electronic form to applicant’s cabinet.

Result of the service

A positive response: TC is provided to prepare technical documentation for the gas supply system connection (contact the licensed project company, which has a right to develop natural gas supply network connection projects).

A negative response: In response lack of documents is indicated with a recommendation to eliminate them.

Reasons for refusal

Order of appeal

Applicants can submit a complaint on untimely delivery of service, or actions (inaction) of responsible staff of government authority, in a manner, established by law.
