- An electronic copy of the receipt of payment for the service (for individuals).
- The confidential letter copy from a legal entity (for legal entities).
- The copy of identity document of applicant
Legal basis for service provision
Cost and method of payment for the service
Fee for the current service (for legal entity) equals 10% of the minimum wage (8th paragraph of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers, dated 17.11.2011 №307).
When filling the application via the Single portal, the payment has to be made in advance for processing of the application (for individuals).

Public authorities and other state organizations applying for apostille are exempt from payment of duty.
Period of dealing with an application
Applications for apostille are processed within five working days, unless it is necessary to request a sample of the signature of the official signing the document, verify his / her power to sign the document provided for apostille, and / or request a sample of the stamp of the organization issuing the document.

Result of the service
The result of this service is acquiring the «apostille» stamp on the original or notarized copy of educational qualifications.
Reasons for refusal
- The absence of one of the necessary requisites in the official documents (Pursuant to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, dated November 17, 2011, no.307, paragraph 21, by-law no. 1).
- If responsible executive’s signature or seal on the official document do not correspond to the authorized government samples.
- If responsible executive who signed the official document does not have authority to sign.
Order of appeal
In case of refusal, the applicant may appeal to a higher authority, in the manner prescribed by the law.
