Legal basis for service provision

• Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On social protection of disabled people in the Republic of Uzbekistan».


• Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers № 378 of December 30, 2012 «On measures for further improvement of the Governmental Portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the Internet, taking into account the provision of online public services».

Cost and method of payment for the service

Free of charge.

Period of dealing with an application

The decision to refuse or issue medical evidence is made by the authorized officer of the Republican Inspection of Medico-Social Examination within a period not exceeding 2 days.

Methods for obtaining results

The user (disabled or his legal representative) need to visit the main, specialized, inter-district, district (city) Medical Labor Expert Commission within 7 working days to obtain a medical evidence.

In case of untimely visit, this evidence becomes invalid and will be considered void.

Result of the service

The result of this service is to obtain a medical evidence for formalizing coupons for prosthetic and orthopedic products and rehabilitation equipment by individuals aged 16 and over.

Reasons for refusal

• Absence of proper medical profiles in the rehabilitation center (determination of severe form of the disease does not correspond with existing profiles of rehabilitation centers).


• Absence of the the right to receive the service or the authority to act on behalf of another person by the applicant.


• Non-compliance of documents with the established requirements (non-exhaustive list, improper filling).


• Presence of false information in submitted documents.

Order of appeal

The applicant has the right to appeal for failure to provide services within established timeframe, as well as actions (inaction) of an official institution in accordance with the legislation.
