Name of the certificate of state metrology service for the suitability of gas meters for use.

A copy of the Certificate of state metrology service for the suitability of gas meters for use - provided to specialist of gas suppliers immediately after installation.

Legal basis for service provision

• Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to further improve the procedures related to business activities and the provision of public services" from April 15, 2014, № PP-2164.


• Republic of Uzbekistan "On Approval of the Procedure for verification of gas meters" - registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan July 30, 2014, registration number 2604.

Cost and method of payment for the service

Visiting the address and making the act of installing or not installing (reason given) of gas meters is free.

Name of services and their cost:

1. Installation of gas previously recorded for the next calibration - is free.

2. Installation of new gas meters instead of the previously removed for another verification

If the installation of a new gas meters does not require repair and installation work - is free;

If the installation of a new gas metering device requires repair and installation work - is paid in accordance with approved tariffs of gas suppliers.

3. Installation of gas meters to the extraordinary verification, checking for an expert or a new gas meters - is paid in accordance with approved tariffs of gas suppliers.

Paid services are provided under the terms of the contract concluded between the consumer and the gas supply company (other authorized bodies and organizations).

5 working days

Methods for obtaining results

A notification is forwarded to the user's personal account on the single portal and/or emailed to the user's email address, that has been specified during registration on the portal.

Result of the service

Specialist of the district (city) gas suppliers visits (date and time reported in advance) the addressspecified in the application for installation of gas meters. Specialist installs or does not install gas meters, about which there will be drawn an act in 2 copies, one copy is handed to the consumer (or trustee).

Reasons for refusal

Incomplete or incorrectly completed application form;

Non-compliance of the information provided to reality;

Violation of the integrity of the seal device of gas and / or the absence of a certificate of public service of metrology, as well as refusal to pay fee-based services;

Other restrictions stipulated by the legislation.

Order of appeal

The applicant has the right to appeal against the quality of the service, the reasons for refusal, failure to provide services, and the action (inaction) of an official state institutions in accordance with legislation.
