Documents required to get the service

The applicant (an entity, applying for certification of management systems) must fill out a special electronic application form

Legal basis for service provision

Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan №ZRU-354 "On Conformity Assessment"; dated 04.10.2013;

Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan №1006-XII «On certification of products and services" dated 28.12.1993;

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers №173 «On additional measures to improve the implementation of the enterprises of the Republic of quality management systems that meet international standards" dated 19.06.2009.

Protocol №69 by the working group for coordination of implementation of quality management systems (№ 04-04/1-68 from 12.24.2014).

Cost and method of payment for the service

Cost of services for certification of management systems is determined in accordance with the contract between the applicant and the Certification body of SRISMC.

Period of dealing with an application

An applicant receives the draft agreement within 3 days.

Methods for obtaining results

The applicant receives the result of the provision of services through SISSP

An applicant receives the draft agreement within 3 days.

Reasons for refusal

The general grounds for refusal of reviewing an application for certification of management systems are the lack of relevant activities in the field of accreditation of the Certification body of SRISMC and mistakes in completing the application form.

Order of appeal

The applicant may file a complaint with the quality of the service provided through SISSP to be dealt with in the manner prescribed by law.
