Documents required to get the service

At the time of applying through the single portal, an applicant simultaneously provides an electronic version of a scanned copy of a document, authorizing patient to get benefits, as well as copies of medical records.

Upon receipt of special permit (order) for free medical care, the applicant must provide the originals of the above documents.

Legal basis for service provision

Protocol №2 of the Republican Commission for the coordination of the implementation of the Comprehensive Program of the National Information and Communication System of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2013- 2020 (clause 14 of Annex 6 to the Protocol №2);

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan №140 dated March 17, 2013;

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan №264 dated June 8, 2004;

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan №145 dated May 21, 2009.

Free of charge.

Period of dealing with an application

10 working days.

Methods for obtaining results

The result of the service is forwarded to the addresses indicated during the registration on the single interactive state services portal or sent to user's email address.

Result of the service

The result of the service is an online application to the territorial health management bodies for obtaining special permits (orders) for free medical care to certain categories of citizens

Reasons for refusal

The reasons for the refusal to provide free medical care to certain categories of citizens are:

- the absence of the decision about the need for specialized medical care of the patient;

- the absence of lack of proof for being an eligible patient.

Order of appeal

An applicant has the right to appeal against the results of the poor-quality service, as well as the actions (or the acts of omission) of an official institution in the manner prescribed by law.
