Legal basis for service provision

The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On informatization";

Customs Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers № 63 "On measures to further improve the control of movement of goods and vehicles through the customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan" from 04.03.2013;

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers № 106 "On the conditions of temporary import (export) of goods and vehicles in the Republic of Uzbekistan" of 13.04.2013;

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated December 29, 2012 № 370 "On the procedure of customs clearance of goods in electronic form".

Cost and method of payment for the service

Free of charge.

Period of dealing with an application

The service has provided in electronic-queue mode of users appeal.

Methods for obtaining results

A notification will be forwarded to personal cabinet of user of the single portal and/or emailed to email address of user, which mentioned during authorization on the portal.

Result of the service

The result of this service is informing of the customs service by individuals beforehand, crossing the customs border by the vehicles and receive an identification code.

Reasons for refusal

Improper presentation and registration of preliminary electronic information by the applicant, including provision of false data.

Order of appeal

The applicant has the right to appeal against decisions of staff and customs officials to refuse the registration, also, action (inaction) of a customs official in the manner prescribed by law or by the SPISS.
