Documents required to get the service

Online application is sent through The single portal with all mandatory fields filled.

When filling out the application through The single portal it is necessary to pay in advance the amount of the payment for the consideration of the application (Annex 1), after what it is needed to provide following information:

1. For legal entities:

a) A copy of state registration of legal entities;

b) a copy of the document confirming the size of the formed authorized capital;

c) copies of qualification certificates of employees of legal entities and guides (guides), issued in the prescribed manner a working body or authorized subordinate organizations;

d) information about the director (guide (guide)) indicating the surname, name and patronymic, date of birth, passport details, home address, education, and phone numbers.

2. For individuals:

a) A copy of state registration of individual entrepreneur;

b) a copy of the document confirming the size of the formed authorized capital;

d) information about the director (guide (guide)) indicating the surname, name and patronymic, date of birth, passport details, home address, education, and phone numbers.

A notification is forwarded to the user's personal account on the single portal and/or emailed to the user's email address specified during registration on the portal.

Result of the service

The decision to grant or refuse to grant, renewal of the license for realization of tourism activity

For legal entities - Hotel services, tour operator services.

For individual entrepreneurs - Tourist guides.

Reasons for refusal

If the licensee within three months from the date of notification of the decision on the license is not presented to the working body of the document confirming payment of the state fee for the issuance of a license, or has not signed a licensing agreement, the Commission may decide to revoke the license.

The license can also be refused on the grounds provided by Article 17 of the Law "On licensing certain types of activities."

Order of appeal

The license applicant have the right to appeal against the decision refusing to issue a license, as well as the actions (inaction) of an official working organ in the manner prescribed by law
