- Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the cumulative pension benefits act"

- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 21, 2004 № 595 "On measures to implement the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «About storage Pensions"

- Regulations on the procedure of calculation and payment of mandatory contributions by employers to individual pension accounts of citizens (registered by the Ministry of Justice October 6, 2005 Registration number 1515)

- Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 15, 2015 № 4725 "On measures to ensure reliable protection of private property, small business and private entrepreneurship, the removal of barriers to their rapid development"

Methods for obtaining results

A notification is forwarded to the user's personal account on the single portal and/or emailed to the user's email address specified during registration on the portal.

Result of the service

Receiving notification about registration in the funded pension system. The employer, after receipt of the notification, must come to the branch of People's bank within 5 days for pension savings books.
