Documents required to get the service

In providing this service, special forms are not used. The information generated in electronic form through the use of databases of the State Tax Committee without unnecessary visits to the relevant department of the tax committee.

Legal basis for service provision

• Tax Code of Uzbekistan.


• Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About introduction of the notification procedure for state registration and registration of business entities" dated 24.05.2006 №357.

Cost and method of payment for the service

The service is provided free of charge.

Period of dealing with an application

Getting information about counterparty in electronic form performed within a few seconds after entering the TIN of the legal entity and sending the request.

Methods for obtaining results

The applicant receives the information in electronic form online.

Result of the service

Getting information about counterparty: number and date of a tax audit, types of taxes and other obligatory payments, the date of the violation, before calculation (sums), fine (sums), penalty (sums).

Reasons for refusal

• Input of incomplete or inaccurate information.

Order of appeal

The applicant has the right to appeal the quality of the service and action (inaction) of the official institution in the order established by law.
