In providing this service, special forms are not used. The information generated in electronic form through the use of databases of the State Tax Committee without unnecessary visits to the relevant department of the tax committee.

Legal basis for service provision

• Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On appeals of individuals and legal entities" dated 03.12.2014 №378.


• Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "About measures on further improvement of interaction between the state and economic administration, the state government in a legal entities and individuals by using information and communication technologies" dated 23.08.2014 №181.

Cost and method of payment for the service

The service is provided free of charge.

Period of dealing with an application

Getting information of any progress considering incoming appeals in electronic form performed within a few seconds after entering full name of author, application date and sending the request.

Methods for obtaining results

The applicant receives the information in electronic form online.

Result of the service

Getting information of any progress considering incoming appeals: number and date of registration, number and date of the document, author, executant, status, deadline.

Reasons for refusal

• Input of incomplete or inaccurate information.


• The absence of relevant information in the database of the State Tax Committee.

Order of appeal

The applicant has the right to appeal the quality of the service and action (inaction) of the official institution in the order established by law.
