Filing an electronic application for getting a contract and carrying the certification of produced and imported products in the National Certification System of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the GP "National Center for Testing and Certification" of Agency "Uzstandard" and its regional divisions.

Documents required to get the service
The application for imported products included:
- A copy of the normative document for the products (if any).
- A sample of product labeling and information about the production.
- A copy of shipping documents with the mark about the arrival on customs territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (waybill, invoice, account).
- A copy of the hygienic certificate, containing the results of tests in the laboratory of the state sanitary inspection authority (if any) and other information requirements established in the normative document (veterinary and phytosanitary conclusion, environmental certification).
The application for of manufactured products included:
- A copy of the normative document for manufactured products.
- A sample of product labeling (information about the production).
- A copy of the hygienic certificate, containing the results of tests in the laboratory of the state sanitary inspection authority (if any) and other information requirements established in the normative document (veterinary and phytosanitary conclusion, environmental certificate.

- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About additional measures on simplify the procedure for certification of products" dated 06.07.2004 №318.
- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About additional measures to improve the procedures for certification and implementation of quality management system" dated 28.04.2011 of №122.

Within 2 working days the applicant received a project of the contract.
Methods for obtaining results
The contract is forwarded to the user's personal account on the Single portal and/or emailed to the user's email address specified during registration on the Single portal.

Receiving the contract.
Reasons for refusal
- Applications for certification of products not included in the scope of accreditation of the certification body.
- The application issued incorrectly or presented with an incomplete set of documents.
- Absence of a regulatory document on serially-manufactured products, acting in accordance with the requirements of the National Certification System of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Order of appeal
The applicant has the right to appeal the quality of the service and action (inaction) of the official institution in the order established by law.
