Documents required to get the service
Materials advertising (sketch A4 advertising material, video in AVI format or MP-4) in a free form (advertising materials are presented in the state language. In this case, the applicant at his/her request may submit duplication of advertising materials in another language).

Free of charge.
Period of dealing with an application
- 10 working days – when considering an application without the use of advertising material in individual’s image.
- 15 working days - when considering the submitted application using individual’s image in advertising material.
Methods for obtaining results
A notification is forwarded to the user's personal account on the Single portal and/or emailed to the user's email address specified during registration on the Single portal.
Result of the service
Notification applicant about obtaining permission (approval of commercial advertising material in any form).
Reasons for refusal
- If there is orthographic, stylistic mistakes.
- Failure to comply with accepted norms of morality and ethics, as well as wrong, incomplete filling of forms.
- When sending a malformed, low-quality (not viewed) advertising material.
Order of appeal
Applicant may appeal against the unlawful refusal by contacting the responsible authority by phone, via email and in person at the address.
Specified officer or other authorized person of a public authority that made the decision on the treatment, must explain the procedure for appeal if a individual or legal person is not according to him.
The State authority has considered an appeal, its officers or other authorized persons are obliged to control the decision taken on the results of consideration of the application.
