Documents required to get the service

• Bases for import and export: a copy of a document confirming the legality of the acquisition or harvesting of the animal (the number of permits for obtaining legal and other documents).


• The document on the registration of zoological collections in the bodies of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Nature Protection.

Legal basis for service provision

• Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan.


• Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Environmental Protection" dated 09.12.1992 № 754-XII.


• Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On protection and use of fauna" dated 26.12.1997 № 545-I.


• Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On the settlement of use of biological resources and on the order of licensing procedures in the sphere of nature" dated 20.10.2014 № 290.

Cost and method of payment for the service

The cost of service is defined after consideration of the application, after that the user is notified. The applicant can use service after payment.

Period of dealing with an application

15 working days.

Methods for obtaining results

A notification is forwarded to the user's personal account on the Single portal and/or emailed to the user's email address specified during registration on the Single portal.

Result of the service

The result of this service is to obtain a permit for the import and export of wild animals and their parts, waste products, zoological collections, trophies, scarecrows.

Reasons for refusal

• Submitted necessary documents for the issuance of the permit is not in full.


• Non-compliance requirements and conditions permitting.


• Existence in documents of the unreliable or distorted information.

Order of appeal

The user has the right to appeal the quality of the service and action (inaction) of the official institution in the order established by law.
