Documents required to get the service

For taking a point guard of technical protection of property of individuals and citizens' apartments:

• scanned copy of the document confirming ownership of the apartment.

For taking a point guard of technical protection of the property of legal entities and the provision of services by a signal "Alarm" (alarm button) without protection of property:

• copy of the order about appointing to post head of the organization.

Legal basis for service provision

• Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On reorganization of the Republican Association "Security " in the Main Department of the private security service of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Uzbekistan" dated 01.03.1993 №110.


• Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On measures for further improvement of cooperation between government and economic management of state authority with legal entities and individuals using information and communication technologies" dated 23.08.2007 №181.

Cost and method of payment for the service

The fee for the services of protection of property and apartments citizens are charged in accordance with the approved Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan Declaration of prices (tariffs), which varies in relation to the Presidential Decree about increasing the salaries. Prices are indicated in the contract.

Period of dealing with an application

15 working days.

Methods for obtaining results

The answer is forwarded to the user's personal account on the Single portal and/or emailed to the user's email address specified during registration on the Single portal.

Result of the service

Receiving notification with the date and time of arrival of the representative of the guard at the facility for preparation of the report on technical inspection of the object.
