• Copy of the certificate of state registration of the legal entity.
• A document confirming payment the license applicant of the application fee.
• Informations about the existing material and technical base, equipment and other technical means necessary for the implementation of the licensed activity.
• Documents confirming the presence of the employees of the legal entity of the corresponding higher or secondary special education and work experience in the publishing industry for at least 3 years of age (copy of the document on education and labor book).
For the application review the applicant is charged a fee of double the minimum wage established by the legislation on the payment date.
State fee for the issuance of a license to conduct publishing activity charged ten times the minimum wage established by the legislation on the payment date.
Publishers, specializing in the creation of children's literature, the normative reference books, scientific and technical literature, reference books, encyclopedias, as well as products for people with disabilities, shall pay a state fee in the amount of 50 percent of the established amount.
30 days from the date of acceptance of the electronic application with the necessary documents.
Notification of the decision on issuance of a license, indicating the bank account details, the deadline for payment of the state fee is forwarded to the user's personal account on the Single portal and/or emailed to the user's email address specified during registration on the Single portal.
Getting a license within three days after the submission by the applicant of the document confirming payment of the state fee and the signing of the license agreement.
The license can be denied on the grounds provided for in Article 17 of the Law "On licensing certain types of activities".
The applicant has the right to appeal the quality of the service and action (inaction) of the official institution in the order established by law.
