Documents required to get the service
- Application (download).
- Cargo customs declaration (CCD), completed in accordance with the Provision "On the customs regime for refusal in favor of the state".
- Act of transfer of the goods placed under customs regulations of refusal in favor of the state.
- Certificate - concerning the goods which are subject to obligatory certification.
- Permits of other state bodies if the goods are subject to the control of these bodies.
- Cargo and shipping documents on goods (consignment notes, consignments, specifications, invoices and etc.).
- Assessment report of an evaluation organization.

- Customs Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On licensing procedures in the field of entrepreneurship".
- Provision of the State Customs Committee "On the customs regime for refusal in favor of the state" dated 17.03.1999 №02/12-48.

Free of charge.
Period of dealing with an application
15 calendar days.
Methods for obtaining results
A notification iis forwarded to the user's personal account on the Single portal and/or emailed to the user's email address specified during registration on the Single portal.
Result of the service
Obtaining notification about issueance of permission for placement of goods under the customs regulations of refusal in favor of the state, with the indication of number and date of issue or refusal to issue a permission.
After receiving the notice, the applicant filed an electronic declaration issued in failure mode in the state, with the obligatory indication of the CCD (column 44, paragraph 6) number and date of permission.
Reasons for refusal
- Non-compliance requirements and conditions of permitting.
- Incompleted application, doubtful or distorted information.
Order of appeal
The applicant has the right to appeal the quality of the service and action (inaction) of the official institution in the order established by law.
