• Notarized copy of the original mortgage agreement in a quantity corresponding to the number of parties to the treaty.


• 2 copies of the original agreement (personal appearance of the organ inventory).

Methods for obtaining results

Notification of state registration is forwarded to the user's personal account on the Single portal and/or emailed to the user's email address specified during registration on the Single portal.

Result of the service

Adding to the Unified State Register of rights to real estate records of the occurrence (termination, transition) mortgage on real property and the respective entry that confirms the commission of the state registration of the mortgage.

Reasons for refusal

Not provide the relevant documents for the state registration.

Order of appeal

The applicant has the right to appeal the quality of the service and action (inaction) of the official institution in the order established by law.
