Documents required to get the service
At registration stickers for temporary departure abroad in DEERC at the place of permanent residence is provided application form (download), which is filled to the established procedure and printed through the Single portal. The applicant submits the printed form at the place of work, study and unemployed local self-government and rents together with other required documents according to the application (download) personally contacting the DEERC the place of permanent residence.

Cost and method of payment for the service
For obtaining a permit to go abroad stamp duty is charged at a rate of 50% of the minimum wage.
Period of dealing with an application
DEERC at the place of permanent residence:
• Within 15 working days considering an appeal of a citizen and the absence of grounds for restricting the right to departure abroad glued sticker in his passport.
• In the case of the transfer of the existing sticker from non-effective passports to the new - 7 working days.
• Departing persons going to the abroad on business-trip, regardless of the ownership of organizations in which they work the absence of grounds for restricting the right to departure abroad - 10 working days.
• If there is documents confirming the need for emergency treatment, the fact of serious illness or death of a close relative requiring departure from the Republic of Uzbekistan, the absence of grounds for restricting the right to departure abroad - 5 working days.

Personally. Every day from 9:00 to 20:00 (except Sundays and holidays).

Reasons for refusal
In accordance with section III "Restrictions on the right to departure abroad" of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republik of Uzbekistna "On approval of the departure abroad of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Regulations on the diplomatic passport of the Republic of Uzbekistan" dated 06.01.1995 of №8.
