Documents required to get the service

The license applicant to fill the online application form with the indication of the licensed activity (or part thereof) which he intends to carry out, as well as attach the scanned versions of the following documents:

- Information on the qualification of specialists in the form determined by the licensing authority, together with the relevant documents (copy of employment record, documents on education or special training - Appendix 1);

- Information on the availability of material and technical base necessary for the implementation of the licensed activity (Appendix 2).

Legal basis for service provision

Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On licensing certain types of activities";

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On approval of Provision on licensing activities on the design, installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance of fire automation, security, fire and burglar and fire alarm» dated 22.03.2004 of №136;

MIA Order of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On approval of the Commission of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Uzbekistan to review the materials to carry out activities for the design, installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance of automatic fire fighting tools, security, fire and burglar and fire alarm» dated 21.10.2011 of №158.

Cost and method of payment for the service

For consideration of the application from the license applicant is charged a fee of one minimum wage (the minimum wage); for the license - 10 times the minimum wage established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Period of dealing with an application

30 days.

Methods for obtaining results

Answer is sent electronically to the user's personal account on a single portal and / or e-mail that was provided during registration on the portal.

Result of the service

Result of this service is to provide notification of the decision to issue or refuse to issue a license to perform work on the design, installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance of automatic fire fighting tools, security, fire and fire alarm systems.

Reasons for refusal

License may be refused on the grounds set forth in Article 17 of the Law "On licensing certain types of activities."

Order of appeal

In case of disagreement with the decision of the licensing authority to refuse to issue a license the license applicant has the right to appeal the decision, as well as actions (inaction) of an official of the licensing authority in the manner prescribed by law.
