Legal basis for service provision
- Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On licensing procedures in the field of entrepreneurship".
- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On settlement of the use of biological resources and on the order of licensing procedures in the field of nature" dated 28.03.2012 №89.
Cost and method of payment for the service
For application review and issuance of the permit the following charges are applied: 0,1 of the minimum wage (for individuals); 0,2 of the minimum wage (for legal entities); 10 USD (for foreign citizens).

Within 15 working days.

A notification is emailed or texted via SMS.
Result of the service
A notification on a positive or a negative decision to issue a permit.
Reasons for refusal
- Non-payment of fees.
- False information.
- Noncompliance with the requirements.
Order of appeal
The applicant has the right to appeal against the poor quality of the service by contacting the responsible authority by phone, via email or in person.
