Documents required to get the service

• Copy of the certificate on the state registration of catering establishment.


• Copy of the document confirming existence of the formed authorized capital not less than in a 100 -fold size of minimum wage at the time of filing of application for obtaining the allowing certificate. In case the authorized capital is created in cash, the supporting document about it is given by the serving bank. When forming authorized capital other property submits the document confirming the property right to this property, its cost and his entering into authorized capital.


• The certificate of the serving bank of existence of the settlement terminal on acceptance of payments from bank plastic cards.


• The copy of the bank document confirming payment of charge for issue of the allowing certificate according to the declared term.

Cost and method of payment for the service

For issuance of a permit certificate for the right to sell alcoholic products catering charged a fee in the amount established by the legislation, with subsequent distribution of funds received in the order established by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On measures to regulate the order of sale of alcoholic products catering companies" dated 28.03.2012 №89.

15 days.

To applicant sent a notice to a specified mobile number or email address, which he pointed at registration in the Single interactive state services portal.

Result of the service

Notification of the applicant of obtaining the permit certificate on the right to sell alcoholic products by catering organizations.

Reasons for refusal

Submission of documents required for the issuance of permits, not in its entirety.

Non-compliance requirements of the applicant.

The presence of the documents submitted false or distorted information.

Order of appeal

Applicant may appeal against the unlawful refusal by contacting the responsible authority by phone, via email and in person at the address.

Specified officer or other authorized person of a public authority that made the decision on the treatment, must explain the procedure for appeal if a individual or legal person is not according to him.

The State authority has considered an appeal, its officers or other authorized persons are obliged to control the decision taken on the results of consideration of the application.
