Documents required to get the service

Scheme of an arrangement of an object of exit trade according to the approved scheme of dislocation of exit trade in the territory of the area (city).

List of the realized goods on the basis of the approved inventory which can be realized through objects of exit trade with the indication of the period of exit trade.

Certificate of the serving bank of existence of the settlement terminal on acceptance of payments with use of bank plastic cards.

• Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On licensing procedures in the field of entrepreneurship";


• Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Approval of the Regulations on the procedure for the issuance of exit permits trade” dated 07.13.2016 №233.

Cost and method of payment for the service

For consideration of the application for a permit fee is not charged.

For delivery of permission according to the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Approval of the Regulations on the procedure for the issuance of exit permits trade" dated 07.13.2016 №233 is raised collecting in the following sizes: one minimum wage — at implementation of exit trade in the city of Tashkent. Implementation of exit trade in other settlements for delivery of permit fee is not charged.

3 working days.

Methods for obtaining results

To applicant sent a notice to a specified mobile number or email address, which he pointed at registration in the Single portal.

Result of the service

Notification applicant for a permit or refuse to permit to exit trade.

Reasons for refusal

Submission of the documents necessary for delivery of permission, not in full.

Discrepancy of the applicant to allowing requirements and conditions.

Existence in the documents submitted by the applicant, the doubtful or distorted data.

If on the declared place of exit trade permission is given to other legal entity.

Order of appeal

The applicant may appeal against the unlawful refusal by contacting the responsible authority by phone, via email and in person at the address indicated.

Officer or other person authorized by a public authority that made the decision on the treatment, must explain the procedure for appeal if a natural or legal person does not agree with him.

State authority has considered an appeal, its officers or other authorized persons are obliged to control the decision taken based on the results of considering the application.
