Cost and method of payment for the service

For consideration by the authorized body of the application for a permit according to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to further simplify the standard procedure of land for urban development activities and other non-agricultural purposes, matching changing the appearance of buildings and facilities (repair of facade), as well as the issuance of permissions for reprofiling and reconstruction of the object, transfer of residential premises in the category of non-residential" №70 from 03.09.2016, the fee is charged at the following rates: 10% of the minimum wage - for the city of Nukus and regional centers, 20% of the minimum wage - for the city of Tashkent ; 30% of the minimum wage - for the territories of districts and cities of regional subordination.

Period of dealing with an application

Authorized body considers the application for issue of permission not exceeding six days

Methods for obtaining results

Notification is forwarded to the user's personal account on the single portal and/or emailed to the user's email address specified during registration on the portal.

Result of the service

Notification of applicant on permission to a reprofiling and reconstruction of an object.

Reasons for refusal

• Discrepancy of objects to requirements and conditions.


• Availability in the application submitted by the applicant, the doubtful or distorted data.


• The reasonable negative conclusion following the results of studying of an object.

Order of appeal

Applicant may appeal against the unlawful refusal by contacting the responsible authority by phone, via email and in person at the address.

Specified officer or other authorized person of a public authority that made the decision on the treatment must explain the procedure for appeal if an individual or legal person is not according to him.

The State authority has considered an appeal, its officers or other authorized persons are obliged to control the decision taken on the results of consideration of the application.
